The rooftop work everyone else skips.
Fan belts, bearings, motors, hinges, access panels, and containment — inspected on every visit and repaired by the same crew.

- Fan removal, degreasing, and reset on every hood cleaning
- Belt, bearing, motor, and hinge inspection and replacement
- Airflow check — extraction verified, not assumed
- Code-compliant access panel installation on unreachable duct runs
- Grease containment pads, cups, and rooftop cleanup
- Duct repair and seam work when the system has been running loaded
We own the response on the roof. A cracked belt found at 2am gets replaced at 2am — not written on a report and handed to a mechanical contractor you have to chase.

Why does the exhaust fan matter if the hood is clean?
A grease-loaded or slipping fan pulls less air. Heat and smoke sit on the line, grease condenses further down the duct, and the whole system loads faster between cleanings. The fan sets the pace for everything above and below it.
Do you repair, or only clean?
Both. Belts, bearings, motors, hinges, and access panels are ours. Because mechanical is one of RestauRun's eleven scopes, a failed fan doesn't become a second vendor and a two-week wait.
Can you add access panels?
Yes. Where a duct run can't be reached properly, we install code-compliant access panels so the next cleaning actually reaches bare metal.
Grease doesn't belong to three vendors. It belongs to your restaurant.
One call covers hood, exhaust, fan, trap, interceptor, and lines — scheduled together, documented together, handled together.
Grease is one scope of eleven. RestauRun keeps the rest of the restaurant running too — plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, hot side, cold side, fire, doors, and emergency response.
