Why RestauRun exists.

I ran restaurants. I called the people you're supposed to call when a fryer dies on a Friday, when a walk-in drifts on a Saturday, when an inspector lands on a Monday. Nobody answered. Or someone answered and nothing moved. Or three trades showed up and pointed at each other.

The supply existed. The people existed. The knowledge existed. No system connected them. That was the gap. So we built the system — one number, one accountable entity, every scope under one response.

RestauRun isn't a maintenance company. It's the infrastructure that keeps restaurants running, built by people who know what happens when it doesn't.
